This wine tasting covers more than 60 years of history through six wines paired with a rich tasting of local products. The activity is followed by an expert guide and includes a tour of the cellar ends with a tasting in a dedicated room facing our art gallery and Amarone barrels.
This experience is a tasting tour of the six wines that marked the history of the Bonomo family. These wines will tell you how the company has grown and became distributed all over the world and is known as one of the top wineries of Italy in the world. An expert wine guide will be at your side during the tour at the cellar and the wine tasting experience. The experience is private and takes place in an intimate and cozy setting, overlooking the barrels where our Amarone is aged.
What is included:
- Six wines: Custoza doc, Custoza superiore Cà del Magro doc (old vintage - top 100 Wine Spectator world best), Riserva Colombara igt, Valpolicella Classico doc, Valpolicella Superiore classico doc (old vintage), Amarone della Valpolicella Classico docg (old vintage).
- Two courses including local mixed cold cuts and cheeses and a proposal of local seasonal cuisine (such as cold tagliata with potatoes, chicken mediterrenean salad, beef tartare).
